  1. I know! Sending a hug your way. Let's keep this in perspective. During a busy period everyone must wait. Paying extra doesn't change time or build more tables. Seeing some rich guy put on a free show would be priceless thou. Never want to be that person. I know the OP did not make a scene. I know everyone in suites and CC are not rich and my have saved to be there. Understood you did not get what you were promised but 9 times out of 10 you do get what you pay for. Getting a pager is wine time. I believe everyone in the dinning area is trying to do the best they can. Hope I didn't upset anyone, but they are one blessed person to be in Club Class.

  2. Has anyone seen the bottle wine package on Australia 10 day cruises. The Australia cruises seem to not have many features like pre Order water, unlimited internet packages and pre pay excursions in full to reserve.

  3. Plan A - order case water... Plan B - buy a premium bottle like Figi or diamond water and refill it... Plan C - pay full price for convience and purity. Plan D - bring a case onboard. Looks like on to plan B...hope you cruise you lose doesn't get a whole new meaning.

  4. Absoutely! The anticipation and planning is a big part of the excitement for me. We always say we can't wait for the day we leave, talking about streamlining and lessons learned from our previous experiences. Then when the time finally gets here we slow down into cruise mode, knowing nothing can get better and you just go with the flow. No woulda coulda shoulda when I take the time in the planning, which for me is as much fun as the trip its self. My countdown clock is on my phone, 32 days to Sydney Australia then onto the Sea Princess for 10 days in a mini- suite. Um yeah I am a little excited.

  5. It got us a walk in closet and champagne greeting in the room. (Swill) eak!! On the Sea Princess. Curtain between the living and sleeping and double balcony. No additional perks that suite folks get thou. The small additional cost reflects what you really get. It's all good!

  6. This is all very interesting. I believe we are on the same cruise starting 3/14. My $100 OBC showed up as au $137. My excursions were in au paid in US dollars converted rate. My $600 self funded room credits were in US dollars on my credit card. I know one thing, when they hit my folio they better be in au dollars. Princess can't have it both ways. If we can figure this out I am confident Princess can seperate apples from oranges and all will be proper. It seem everything billed on the credit side should be in au and everything paid on the debit side will convert to us. The required prepaid evcursions were at the lower US dollar amount. Stay tuned, film at 11. LOL

  7. I may be a light weight but can someone, anyone explain how a couple could drink $100.00 of liquior a day. Given time for sleep, morning hours and 6-8 hour excursions every day with no at sea days and maybe waiting until 10:00 in the moring to inbibe. If the drinks are expensive I guess possibly. How much does a wine or rail drink cost on Oceania? Please treat this as a serious question because I really want to know. Plus they seem to limit any better wines and more expensive drinks. Run the numbers for me. Thanks in advance???
