That is him. We had an encounter with him the last time we sailed out of San Juan. He approached us by El Morro Fort and before he could start I asked him how his father was doing and he turned around and left us alone.

When you buy a couch, do you know how much of your money goes to the sales staff? Delivery drivers?
As I understand it, if you want to give money directly to an RCI employee, no one is stopping you. And you can opt out of the automatic gratuity. So, problem solved.
That right there is the best answer you can get. Opt out of the automati tip unless you do my time dining and tip the people you want to tip in cash.

As of right now…. San Juan!
I totally agree. Nothing better than starting your cruise in the Caribbean!!!
When we have sailed from San Juan we usually arrive 2 days early and will stay at least 1 day after.

The last time we were at Bacardi, you received 3 drink tickets that you redeemed in the Pavilion.
I understand there is a fee you pay now to do a tour and it includes a complimentary drink. Is there a way to purchase more drinks?

The bar that hands me my next drink!

Full body scan and a blood pressure check. Bring your medical records just in case. Printed, not digital copies.
(hopefully this translated as a joke, but just in case, I was kidding).
I like your sense of humor.

I get excited when I can print my luggage tags. I'm just a kid at heart and cruising is the greatest vacation I can think of. From looking where we want to go and actually booking the cruise. Then comes the wait and anticipation of planning what to do. I read everything about where we will be going and what the port of calls has to offer. Then we book airfare and look for hotels to stay in before we cruise. We always come in at least a day early and after the cruise. I hate trying to get to the airport on the day we get back. We always stay at least 1 day and sometimes 2 after the cruise.

We did a transatlantic on Liberty 8 years ago from Barcelona that was over Halloween. The crew did a great job putting up decorations and as someone else said they had a haunted house set up in Studio B. They had a parade for the guests and my son, daughter in law and grandson won the the prize. They all were dressed up as fighter pilots. That was an awesome cruise.

Well we are the exceptions. We do dress for formal nights. Even the grandsons have Tux's. We really like the idea of dressing for dinner on those 2 nights. As people before have mentioned, it is up to the person. If you don't want to get dressed up, no one will think anything about it. It is your vacation. Don't worry and have a blast!

Haven't used them but on Trip Advisor they get glowing reviews some as recent as last week. The one somewhat less than glowing was really about Little French Cay and lack of nightlife on Roatan.
Yes, I read the Trip Advisor comments. I was hoping to see if anyone had actually used them. I will probably go ahead and book one of their excursions and i am sure it will be great.
Thank you!

Has anyone used this tour company? If so how was it and was it worth the cost? Any other information would be greatly appreciated. We will be in Roatan the first week of June on a cruise.
Thank you!

If you bought for 4 grandsons, did you also buy for yourself as well? Because at that point, a waterpark cabana (which includes entry for 6 people to the water park) might make sense, depending on if there are any still available.
There are 10 of us and all of have the waterpark passes.

If I mixed the powder with a lot of Bailey's, would that be wrong?

It's dragging for me, lol. If you need any info, you know where to find me. No gratuity expected. 😁
Thanks, I appreciate it!

You can cancel planner purchases up till about two days out.
No, we will keep it. I hate to say it but i am also looking forward to it. The last time we were on Coco Cay, it was just an island, albeit with things to do but not this.

As you know, I'm on that sailing. We are the only ship there that day.
For future reference, you can look up port info on sites like cruisemapper.com.
Thanks Mike. I hadn't taken the time to do that research. Work is hectic and only going to get worse as the cruise date gets closer. Oh well at least time is not dragging!!!

Well consider me one of the suckers. My wife and i took the plunge and got the waterpark excursions for our 4 grandsons. We will be there on June 5th on Wonder. My fear is there will be other RCI ships docked there also. it will be bad enough with 6000 people just from our ship. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers!!!

Use the website not the app. Go to your cruise planner & click on the entertainment section.
Thanks, I figured since i couldn't get it on the app, i went to the website and booked the shows. We leave for Orlando in 29 days. Coming 1 day early and staying at the Embassy Suits MCO. Getting real excited about getting back on a ship. It has been 4 years since we have sailed. We have had cruise withdrawl for 3 1/2 years!

Those plus the adult comedy show.
Booked everything for our June 4th cruise this morning when reservations opened for a party of 8 with ages 9-70+ (3 generation family cruise). That sure was fun! 🤣
Mike,
I was just on the app and it didn't give dates and show times for the reservations. Did i miss something? We have 10 of us and would like to get the shows reserved.
Thanks

They should all be listed in the app if you set it to the current sailing.
I should have known that. Thanks!

Does anyone know what the shows are on WOS? I know they have an ice show and a show in the Aqua Theatre, but what are the shows in the theatre if anyone knows?
TIA!

I, for one, like the formal nights, but 2 is enough. I'm on vacation, and will dress casual the rest of the cruise.
I'm with you. I actually bought a tux a while ago to take on our cruises. 2 is enough.

A few years ago, we were on Adventure and they were able to seat 13 of us, not at a round table but as mentioned above it was a rectangular one. Have a great cruise!
