What is your pick-up date?
I could research some options, but need to know your pick-up date as rates vary from company to company depending on the supply of cars they have on a particular date.
-
The information is about a year old, so you might want to verify, but there is a list of hotels that offer the cruise & fly here: http://www.parkingstay.com/p/port-canaveral-area-hotels-view-port.html#FLY
I was at the Radisson recently too & saw the sign so they are definately one that is offering it, i didn't check on or use it though.

Was a nice option when I stayed there, although my stay was not recent, so a lot would depend upon when the last renovation was.
The Hampton next door looked a bit nicer to me. Pool was also a little cold on the day I was there. Depends on time of year I guess.

Here's a map to make it easier to visualize: http://www.parkingstay.com/p/tampa.html
If you are in to twitter, it's also a good idea to follow the fox traffic twitter account for quick updates while you are there: https://twitter.com/Fox13Traffic .

I no longer have small children, but back when I did, I found the easiest was to bring own car seat & rent a car. Too many times (especially in Florida), I've seen people waiting at the car rental counter because the agency was "out of car seats" or the were "looking for one". It's just so much easier & stress free that way. You can gate-check the car seat & you only have to carry it the little bit from the plane to the car and back.
As far as CVS's or places to pick up supplies, there's a listing on the parkingstay site , which shows what is close to each hotel if you click the blue walking stick-man figure it shows you whats next to each hotel.
Whether to stay near the Orlando airport or drive to PC/Cocoa Beach first largely depends on your flight times. I'm the type that likes to get to my destination so I don't have traffic/vehicle issues to worry about in the morning, but if I'm arriving on a later flight, then I'd choose to stay near the airport. Good luck with your planning.

I would agree on the "full size" to be safe, for 3 large bags.
A "mid size" you can usually get 2 large + 1 small, but not always 3 large.

There is a listing of nearby restaurants, liquor stores, stores and gas stations for each hotel on parkingstay.com Just click on the image that looks like this : next to each hotel to view each hotels list.

There's also a map at http://www.parkingstay.com which shows the locations of all the hotels offering the parking packages which you might find helpful.

There's a map of the twenty or so hotels that offer a park & cruise package here which I've found quite helpful.
I don't know that I'd personally stay too far away from Miami (especially not Orlando) on the morning before a cruise. One accident that closes down the interstate could really mess up your plans.
-
I don't remember it being walkable to much of anything. That said, there's a list of closest restaurants/shopping, etc here: http://www.parkingstay.com/2013/05/hilton-cocoa-beach.html

I really like the Chase Suites. Excellent breakfast & the area around it is clean & nice. Did not use the shuttle so I can't speak for that.
Also stayed at the both of the Springhill Suites, the one in Brandon & the one near the airport. Both of those are excellent also.

At the port is by far the best.
-
There's also a map here, http://www.parkingstay.com/p/miami.html which should help with your research.
FWIW, I don't know of any hotels that offer the shuttle back to your hotel, most are just one way shuttles to the port.
-
There's also a map here that shows locations of all the hotels offering the stay & cruise package: http://www.parkingstay.com/p/ft-lauderdale.html . Should help with your research.

That rocky point market (if still open), is only thing within walking distance if I remember correctly.

Here's a few within walking distance w/menu links: http://www.parkingstay.com/2013/02/radisson-resort-at-port-cape-canaveral.html

Personally I'd probably rent once & be done with it for that short of a cruise, but there's really no right or wrong way.
Picking up/dropping off/refueling all eats in to your vacation time.

Hello! We are looking in to pre cruise hotels.
Looked at the Hilton and it doesn't seem to have a snooze and cruise package available.
Oh, and I'd like a hotel for about 100-180 a night.
FWIW: Hilton does have the snooze & cruise package. Here's the list of the 22 hotels that have it: http://www.parkingstay.com/p/port-canaveral-area-hotels-view-port.html

Hotels #19, 24, 25, 26, 28 on this map offer that package. (Pickup & dropoff at FLL + one way shuttle to port of Miami.) You will still have to hire a shuttle or taxi to get yourself back as the shuttle to the port is one way only.

There is a place right next to the terminal that will store your luggage and sells discounted tickets to the aquarium. I can't remember what we paid for luggage storage but it was very reasonable. The aquarium was fun and we probably spent 2 or 3 hours there.
FWIW, The aquarium is 2 for $29 if you are going before June 30: http://flsave.com/flaquarium
Wish I could use the deal, but I won't be getting back to Tampa until the fall.

there's a map here of pretty much all the hotels that offer that package: http://www.parkingstay.com/p/ft-lauderdale.html
The Embassy Suites on 17th St & the 17th St area in general is very popular choice. (#1-6 on the map)

There's also a map here , which shows only the park & cruise hotels. Really helps for visualizing location in relation to the port & airport.

Good seafood restaurants about 4 1/2- 5 miles away. Fishlips, Grills, Rusty's and you can watch the ships that leave on Saturday go by.
Not sure what the taxi rate would be. If you go on Courtyard website and click on restaurant link it will show you the distance to restaurants.
Hope that helps some.
Not much real close, the closest restaurants (w/menus) are listed here: http://www.parkingstay.com/2013/04/courtyard-cocoa-beach.html

Most of the suggestions above are miles & miles from Daytona, if you want to add something that's close to Daytona:
Go to the Ponce Inlet lighthouse (just a few miles south of Daytona on A1A)
http://ponceinlet.org/ . There's a little museum there & you can climb to the top and check the view.
Right next door to the lighthouse is the Volusia Marine Science Center which is interesting also, especially if you like sea turtles: http://www.marinesciencecenter.com/
Car rental
in Florida Departures

Sixt car rental is even a little bit closer than Budget. Sixt is on the 2nd level of one of the buildings in the shopping mall across the street from the Embassy. Here is the entrance to it on google maps: https://goo.gl/maps/1TOsf
They also have a 10% off coupon : http://flsave.com/sixt
