For our fellow non-meat eaters, I tried a new item on the lunch menu today, Plant-based Schnitzel. It was excellent! A definite re-do! I cut a piece off to show the inside.

Chef's Table tomorrow night! Forms were folded in an envelope, so a little wrinkled.

My second favorite breakfast, the French Toast! Debbie decided to have her coffee in bed this morning, so I was solo for breakfast. 😒 Now, off to the Fitness Center!

Friday, 8:00 am: Cloudy, cool and choppy start to another sea day.

The WiFi has been working well and I really like how easy it is to switch between devices with the new app. The initial signing on to the internet is also much simpler, just open the Princess App and Viola!

Tonight the extra dish in the Reserve Dining Room was Filet Mignon. Knowing that we are pescatarians, they prepared a Tasmanian Salmon for us. It was amazing! No wine at dinner tonight, we had plenty pre-dinner at Vines!

Our TA was a long-time Princess HQ employee and knows ALL of the Princess in's and out's! Over the years, we have referred many fellow Princess cruisers to her and they all have expressed their satisfaction with her.

Sounds like you haven't found the right TA. We have been with our TA for 20 yrs and she is worth her weight in gold!!!

My favorite breakfast dish, Eggs Benedict ala avocado (instead of the meat). Sorry for the phone shadow, I couldn't get the right angle to avoid it. Sorry...

We finally had our last bag delivered around 11:30 last night. Debbie was getting nervous because that bag had most of her purchases! 🤣 The Captain announced that the 3 day ride to Picton will be quite bumpy and he was correct! Lots of things went bump in the night! We are going to try to squeeze into a laundry room this morning as Debbie won't send out most of our things. Only things sent out are our socks, thongs I mean undies, and work out attire. The suite breakfast is in the Harmony Restaurant, can't wait for my avocado eggs Benedict! And then to the Fitness Center! 🥺 Btw, this is our first cruise using the new app. So far, we are quite impressed with its functionality. Much nicer than the old app. Hopefully, it won't change our opinion as we progress on our journey.

Wow! I hope the seas calm down for you. A few years back while on the Star, we had 45 ft waves on the way to Antarctica. Fun ride!

Boarding started around 4:30. We have been onboard for about 45 min's. Lines were minimal.

Do you think my Trip Interruption insurance will cover the cost of this extra shopping spree the late boarding is costing me? I'm currently standing outside another store holding 3 bags!!! 🤣
