Does celebrity offer mdr menu at dinner for room service? Or only limited menu..not a suite quest...

I have done that on seabourn, with a bottle of champagne..breakfast of champions....perfect!

I saw sonewhere online that there was a night that there was a tasting and wine pairing dinner. I am sailing on equinox..Is this correct? If so, is it only one night or an alternative menu offered at a specialty restaurant. I bought a 5 night specialty package; and was wondering if tasting/wine pairing menu can be done at an additional cost or had to pay full price if exists.. Thank you for everyone's help and advise..

Like ncl for late night eats and pub/bar; music goes later than I do.... prefer hal to carnival (once was enough)..would celebrity be comparable to hal in late night department?? And is supply issues so bad, that there is no champagne? Maybe better off staying home...

New to celebrity, planning on sailing equinox...do they offer champagne Perrier-Jouët by the glass (not sparkling wine/prosecco) in main dinning room for breakfast and/or lunch/dinner What about the buffet? Is there a wine list available? Any late night pub/bars open that serve food, or just room service? And is there bars with music open late? Thank you...party time!
