I was trying to book Persian Garden passes and a couple spa appointments for our May cruise, however, the scheduling is not open yet. Does anyone know when the booking usually opens?

Hello all! We are so excited to get back to travelling and scored a GREAT deal for an Alaska cruise this May. I made a slight "oops!" and booked the Retreat Suite Guarantee that is cruise only and does not include the drinks/internet. When I look at the packages, it would make sense for us to book 1 Ultra package (that comes with all photos) and for the husband, book the Extra package since we can share the photos. Is this possible? I was on hold with Celebrity for 1+ hours and could not get through to anyone. 

Also, can I confirm that with the Extra/Ultra packages the shore excursion credit is per person so I would get the $325 under my account (Ultra)& he would have the $225 (extra) under his account to use?

FYI, I just got off the phone with Celebrity and was told the following regarding upgrading the classic package to premium....

• If you booked through a TA you must upgrade through the TA (I had called them to upgrade and was told I have to request through TA that I booked with)
  
• Upgrade requests must be made by 01/27/13
  
• When I asked if I could wait to upgrade until I was on board I was told no I needed to make request before 01/27/13...
  

I am so grateful you shared this! We just booked the 12 day Med cruise for next fall just last week so I thought we may miss out on this, I just heard back from our TA that she was able to get us this deal!

I am just so thrilled- we were going to get the premium drink package before we sailed- so scoring this promotion just saved us over $1k! :D
