I feel like I should know this but...
We will each be bringing ONE bottle of wine onboard. Is it better to pack it in the luggage or bring it on in the carry one bag?
TIA

In general we don't like the reserved seating.
Just curious as to what you do not like about the reserved seating. (Truly just curious...)

The hotel might have a provided taxi/van-pool service. Usually pretty cheap - like $8-10 a head one way. Otherwise uber

What ship and timeframe?

I bought early then repriced as it went down. (4 times but we were booked 18+ months out)
Started at about $95 per day per person - sailed with a price of $65 per person (Then you also need to include gratuities of 18%)

@SG65CB get the gold star for answering my question with crystal clarity.
- Each person gets 4/5/6 drinks TOTAL for the day. Can be a mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic. It is not 4 with alcohol and 4 without alcohol.
@Another_Critic gets a gold star as well 😁

So to be clear...in the 'benefits guide' :
The first entry of:
Complimentary daily drinks up to $14 (excludes Starbucks, Bionic Bar, and Desserted)
Is the same and redundant of the second entry and you really only get the 4/5/6 drinks...right?
Complimentary daily non-alcoholic drinks up to $14 (excludes Starbucks and Desserted)
It kind of reads that you get 4/5/6 in EACH category?
-
So at the Diamond, D+ and Pinnacle levels, you get the following as one of the benefits:
"Complimentary daily non-alcoholic drinks up to $14 (excludes Starbucks and Desserted)"
(Can I assume this 'stacks' with the corresponding alcoholic drinks?)
Other than 'mocktails' what would all be included in this benefit?

We were on her twice in 2022 and will be on her again next week and have her booked for an 11 nighter in 2025 and have absolutely no concerns about her at all.
I believe we are on that same 11 night cruise - looking forward to it!!!

Usually, you can copy and past the excursion description into google and find good reviews on said trip...

Tell me about the fast waterslides on Royal Caribbean. What ships are they on??
I was so disappointed with the waterslides on all the Oasis class ships, and again with the body-slides on Liberty last week. They were so slow, and everyone kept on getting stuck. It didn't matter - thin people, heavy people, men, women, kids, long bathing suits, bikinis... It was so slow.
On Wonder, it got so hot and the smell of chlorine was suffocating, I was worried that I was going to pass out as I was barely moving. Similar on other Oasis class. The toilet bowl / champagne glass one was better, but then everyone would inevitably get stuck and have to shimmy to get down.
The only fast slides I have been on were :
1 - On Adventure. These 2 body slides rocked! Super fast and fun. What other ship has slides like this? I had high hopes for Liberty, but they were similar to Oasis class.
2 - Liberty Tidal Wave was fantastic. So fun.
You poor thing...

When would be your NEXT possible flight out? More of a risk/reward decision. If for "Whatever" reason your ship pulls in 90 - 120 minutes late (and YES it does happen for a variety of reasons...) you are basically SOL at that point. What is the Plan B? Would leaving at 1 pm be worth eh peace of mind? Don't get me wrong - it is completely 'do-able' but sometimes things happen that we can't control...

The...THE cucumber Martini! You will NOT regret it!

reading the fine print that is in the member benefit page here:https://www.royalcaribbean.com/content/dam/royal/resources/pdf/crown-and-anchor-society-benefit-grid.pdf it looks like you can only redeem it onboard the ship
Ah YES! the fine print - and thank you!!!
So we bought the DBP at $65 pp awhile back. The current listed full retail is $110.
30% off that is $77. I like my odds with what I have currently.
Got to love RCL accounting and Marketing!

Anoter question I has is that is indicates that we will have "Priority access and seating at Theater, Ice show and AquaTheater events"
How do we take advantage of that perk? Does it happen when we make the reservation once on the ship or do we have to go through our Concierge? (Also once on the ship...)
-
There is your clue...It was free. They are getting tight on what is 'free' these days...
Bummer. We have done 2 and REALLY enjoyed them!!

I see one of the 'perks' of attaining Diamond + is a 30% discount on Deluxe beverage package! (Yes I know we will be getting 5 free drink 'vouchers' so don't judge - just asking for a friend...) 😁
Question is what is that 30% off of?? The current listed full retail price?? (currently on sale on 'sale' for $76.99 marked down from $110.00!)
Or is there a different price that you have to call C&A to get??
(Sailing March 31st on Harmony)
TIA.

That is good for reading on-line but the print out looks horrid.
Downloading seems to not work... Hummmm

How about CATS!
Is it easy cruising out of Galveston?
in Royal Caribbean International

Rent a modest car from the airport for the week and drive to Galveston. We stayed at a B&B called Avenue O B&B. Great place!!! AND you get a 5 star breakfast the morning of your cruise, you get to park your car at their residence (in the back area) FOR FREE and, they shuttle you to the cruise port for free as well and pick you up when the cruise is over and take you to your car at their place. They are about 5 minutes from the cruise port and is super fast to get there. (They are also cruisers...)
