Did ring TUI today yes i can amend my cruise booking sorry to say if there is no vaccination it will be a land based holiday so probably two weeks in Majorca, unless TUI cancel U.S.A and it might be winter 2022 with FCC we will have to be patient and wait and see.

No that stopped last year. It was straight onto conveyor at check in
That sounds better FIFE1 for everyone, only done the one cruise from Corfu and that was fine except for the ship the old Majesty iam glad she has departed the fleet, but the Island,s and Athens would do again.

I have seen that suggested elsewhere but the two ships they currently operate are less than half the size of Oceana - and, perhaps more pertinent, they have paused all their operations until March.
Yep you could be right the only other transactions that part of the world was Saga Sapphire Turkey and celestial Majesty to Mano cruises Israel so once again all speculation and will have to wait and see.

Did read a article could be wrong, sold to a Greek company might be Celestial cruises ideal ship for the Greek Islands.

First one to go from UK fleet P&O Oceana sold on to a Greek company you might see her with Celestyal cruises just a guess.

I’ve come to believe nothing is cruising out of the US until at least 2021 and even maybe mid 2021.
Royal will continue to book cruises and cancel inside final payment.
Hi i have a two week cruise book on Marella Discovery (ex Splendour) out of port canaveral in June 2021 a cruise of a life time for both of us with South Carolina New York and the Quay,s for starters, as we are well past our sell by date a vaccination is needed other wise its a no no, going back to Splendour she is a lovely ship and well worth keeping and have done three cruises on her.

Can anyone give us there views Cons/Pros on Explorer 2 Deck 8 AFT Cabins
Would appreciate any advice from you
Thanks in advance
Ello Mate had identical cabin on Explorer in the Caribbean three years ago, there is only one let down is the bed, if you or your partner has a weak bladder and you need to go to the toilet you have to climb over and fall out of bed, other wise lovely family cabin, class shower door, loads of room and lovely views over the aft of the ship,on the balcony hammock sun loungers and chairs. PS POMPEY are on tele tonight.

It could be that Royal Caribbean are clearing the old (30+ year) ships from Pullmantur in order to move other tonnage to them once they sort out what is happening with their tonnage. As always everything is speculation until confirmed by the companies involved.
It is likely that there will be many 'middle-aged' ships available in the near future. Any speculation that TUI/Marella may take advantage of this situation?
I think you might be right bishop84 Spain is a big country and should have its own cruise line as you said i can see the rest of Vision class ships going across ,and possible a Radiance class, and Celebrity have three Century class could off load.
As always everything is speculation.

Allure to arrive Southampton 8th July and departing the 10th.

Just because the ships are returning to Royal doesn't imply that the ships will be put into service. There's no chance that will happen. They will be sold for scrap.
Hi looking at the Pullmature Forum all three Monarch Sovereign Horizon are on there way to Turkey for dismantling.

DH and I are booked on Fascination 1/24/2021 out of Puerto Rico. We booked 16 months ago. It's an awesome itinerary. If they get rid of this ship, what are the chances they put something else in it's place?
Yep we flew the pond to Barbados to do this cruise, a stay in Barbados first and then joined Fascination for her last cruise before she was stopped from docking in San juan and recalled to Miami, found her the right size for the Caribbean and would gladly sail on her again, and buy the way Carnival are adding four new ports of call from May 2021 if she is still around.

We are booked for 14th Feb 21 and thinking about cancelling as no cruise line has come up with any plan to make their vessels safe yet. We will then try to change to 14 days in Barbados next May if they will let us, or just take the loss on the deposit.
Hi Zombatar yes you can, got in touch with TUI yesterday it cost £50 per person to change from a cruise to a land based holiday
hotels in Barbados have found Sea Breezes and Mango bay both very good, i do hope this is helpful.

Looking at cruiseindustrynews read that Key west might limit the number of paxs coming of ships to 1500 a day ,ships with more than 1300 pax would not be allowed to disembark paxs in key west, that means no port of call for Discovery seems odd.
