  1. Yes, Q class is the opposite pattern from Oasis. Still the same qualifiers that all cabins for 3 or more have the bed by the bath and cabins for 2 can have either set up.
  2. Just as an update, for many of the airlines that A2S uses you can now book your seats when making the reservation long before it is paid. This change started with the last couple of months. It is not for all airlines but for many.
  3. Pretty sure most Oasis class ships for March opened today, Our Oasis sailing did. You need to book through the cruise planner and not the app. Keep refreshing, many in our group had difficulties but eventually got in.
  4. Two ways of doing it. cabins are built as pairs with the one on the right as you are facing it from the hall having the bed by the balcony and the one on the left having the bed by the bath. cabins alternate bed by bath, bed by balcony, bath, balcony, bath etc.. The first way is to identify a pair which can be done by finding a pair of connecting cabins...those are a pair, then just work your way along the hall until you get to your cabin. The other way is to fond a cabin that is for more than 2 guests and you know that will always have the bed by the bath so by default you will have the bed by the balcony configuration on either side of it, again, follow the pattern All cabins with 3 or more guests will have the bed by the bath. Cabins with 2 guests can have either layout.
  5. Both of those are quad cabins and all quad cabins will have the bed by the bath
  6. That is only required if your TA is moving you into a group.
  7. The bed is by the balcony and as you lie in bed your feet will be pointing towards the front of the ship
  8. You have 60 days to pick a cruise. After that you do not get the OBC. 12 months from booking the next cruise certs expire and are cancelled, no refund, if a date is not selected.
  9. The best balcony deals on Ovation are the obstructed view balconies on deck 7. On all the other Q class ships the balconies on deck 7 (other than the few most forward ones) are not considered obstructed yet on ovation they are and there is no difference between the ships. Great midship locations and easy walk up or down from the promenade and hundreds of $ less than comparable balconies on the other decks
  10. Do what my wife did, bought a whole bunch of stuff and then had me return it.
  11. I guess it would depends on pricing. So often getting 2 rooms for 2 is less than or the same as getting triples and quads especially when group rates are involved. If they are just booking on their own without a TA then triples may be the way to go.
  12. I am really hoping prices are decent, would love to join you for this leg.
  13. send an e mail to mbayley@rccl.com Someone in the executive office will help ensure that you get this resolved.
  14. It changed after the restart. All 3 dining rooms are now used for early seating so you have to wait for them to finish before MTD can start
  15. Not entirely MTD now does not start until 6:30 or 6:45. If yu want to eat earlier than that you need to select early dining for 5:00 (ish) depending on the ship.
