  1. You cannot add a baby as a 5th to a cabin. To sleep 5 that means the sofabed is pulled out and there is no room for a pack n play You can get a baby added to a 2 person double occupancy room.
  2. I know that if you cancel those as well as MTD reservations you do get a cancellation notice so in theory it should work however I have only seen the paid items come through for a cancelled cruise so I cannot say for sure.
  3. I'm sure you could actually get away with breeding them you would just not be able to sell the puppies with papers showing they were purebred which I'm sure would decrease their value.
  4. Yes. Load money from your seapass to the slot machine then hit cashout, the either redeem ticket at cage or the redemption machine. @brilloheadhas the instructions to do this
  5. Yes, everything on the ship is usd including the casino. Go to any slot machine and you can load money onto the machine from your account. You can then cash thst out with no fees. Charges to your seapass card from the casino will be offset by any obc that you have.
  6. Just announced. She will.sail on the 15th. Dear Guest, Our Marine technical team has given us the green light and we're thrilled to announce that Radiance of the Seas will be returning to service beginning with our September 15th sailing. With repairs wrapping up and sea trial preparations underway, we're now able to confirm our ability to sail as intended. In response to some comments I've seen and heard, seaworthiness was never in question - the propulsion issue only impacted our speed and ability to make it to ports on time. Thank you for your patience and continued understanding as we worked to resolve this issue. Whether you are celebrating a special occasion or looking to explore, relax, and recharge - we have no doubt your time with us will be nothing short of amazing. We can't wait to welcome you onboard soon!
  7. The app is notorious for being inaccurate until you are actually physically on board the ship
  8. Demand for cruising in general has skyrocketed since the Icon opened for booking in January of 2022 and that is reflected in nearly all (there are still a few bargains out there but not many) pricing across the fleet. Don't expect that just because of new itineraries and a second ship being launched for prices to fall. Take a look at the difference in pricing when they released Utopia, The 4 day inaugural cruise on her was more than a 7 day Inaugural on Icon. If you want a glimpse of what the new itineraries will be priced at take a look at the April sailings and use that as a guide with prices increasing from there for summer of 2025. You may find some lower pricing for the fall of 205 and early 2026 but they will most definitely be at a significant premium to what the initial launch prices were for the Icon 9 months ago.
  9. I received an e mail from a client asking why her internet was cancelled. very quickly discovered the cruise was cancelled and then put it back on hold while Royal sorted out the mess and got the correct pricing back.
  10. Just wanted to post this as an FYI While this is extremely rare occasionally cruises get cancelled for no apparent reason other than an IT glitch. Unfortunately when this happens no notification ever goes out and you may only discover this much later and most likely after you cabin has been re sold. One way to get an instant notification of anything being amiss is to purchase the least expensive thing in the cruise planner and then get it refunded on board. If a cruise is cancelled for any reason and there are items in the cruise planner you will get a notification in your cruise planner that they have been cancelled and then you can jump on getting Royal to reinstate your booking in the same cabin. Unbelievable that Royal can send out notifications for cruise planner items being cancelled but not for an entire cruise being cancelled.
  11. People have been removing automatic gratuities since they were first introduced. There is absolutely no evidence to say that more or less people are removing gratuities compared to last year or several years ago and there is nothing to prove that any of the increases in gratuities are in any way tied to an increase in people removing gratuities
  12. It has nothing to to with legal issues. TA's are not suppose to book guests from other countries but in this case since they are in your cabin it is not an issue. I've even been able to book guests from other countries in yhrir own cabin when they are travelling with friends.
  13. Your TA is fine to book him into your room. Just have them use your address. Don't even mention that he doesn't live with you. Plenty of people living in the US that are citizens of another country. If your TA won't book that there are plenty of TA's who will.
  14. I have heard from severslmpeolle who have stayed in cabins nearvthe music hall and never had any noise issues.
  15. I'm guessing that your sailing was a closed loop cruise departing and returning from Seattle. That's a big difference from the OP's cruise which is an open loop cruise starting in the US and ending in Canada.
  16. I doubt very much that many are cancelling right now. It woukd not be covered by cancellation insurance, cancel for any reason would only get you a 90% FCC or less depending on the policy. Waiting a couple days wont change any of thst but depending on what changes Royal makes they could be able to get a full refund. There is no advantage to cancelling now and nothing but potential upside to waiting it out.
