Woke up this morning to an email from NCL that our documents were ready to print. Got our assignment! We booked an IX and ended up with an ID on deck 8. I'm happy with the location because we're close to all the restaurants, bars, and entertainment. 42 days out!

45 days to go and still nothing. Is it weird that I'm excited to check everyday to see if anything's changed?

We sailed on the Breakaway last October and there were football games on everywhere. When we boarded, we watched a Cowboys/Eagles game outside in front of Fat Cats. The sound was on too which was nice. There were other games on in different areas of the ship. And they showed the Monday night football game on the big screen in the atrium.

I believe you get the plastic ticket. No magic band.

I love Disney and I don't want to be a debbie downer but we did this excursion last year and it wasn't worth it. By the time you get inside the park you have maybe about 5-6 hours to enjoy it before you have to make your way back to the port again. IMO, during the time of year you're traveling, that's not enough time at all especially if you've never been there before. I don't think you'll be able to utilize Fastpass+ in advance because you won't get your ticket until you board the bus. If you wish to use it, buy tickets somewhere else, and just book the transportation to the park through NCL.

If you're set on going go to http://www.wdwinfo.com or http://www.allears.net They are head & shoulders above the Disney World site with all of the information that is available. http://www.easywdw.com is great too because they have a crowd calendar and touring plans for the park which may be helpful to you.

Specifically the cabins on deck 10 - has anyone stayed in one? We booked 10658 since we don't have a neighbor on one side but I've been reading about noise above in Cabanas. Is it really THAT bad? TIA!
