  1. What are your Spirit dates in January?
  2. Welcome back! Great to see you posting again. We did a B2B on the Mardi Gras this past April. Our review is in my signature. Plenty of info and pictures there. Enjoy your planning! 😎
  3. You will be tested at no charge the last day of your first cruise. Just make sure that you are on the B2B list. You will be notified about the B2B procedures and when and where to report for testing. Enjoy your B2B! 😎
  4. You can get a 6 day next August or September from Baltimore for about the same price. Don't think you'll see any for $600, unless it's a casino offer.😎
  5. Good for you! We'll be back on the Magic for a B2B out of New York next September. 😎
  6. Karry! It's so great to see you posting. It brings a smile to my face! πŸ˜€
  7. We'll be able to follow your pre cruise antics until we hit the Atlantic around midnight Sunday night. Hopefully we'll have some internal access on the way over to Bermuda. Of course we'll be able to access internet in Bermuda. If you can't do a "live" once the ship leaves New York, you'll just have to update when you get to Bermuda. A pita for sure.
  8. If it was unwritten and unspoken, then it wasn't a perk. We also used to go to our cabin and drop off our stuff way before FTTF came along, however, as I have said numerous times already, it did NOT become an OFFICIAL perk until FTTF came along! Now, I'm done beating THIS horse, and we can discuss this further when we meet at the Alchemy Bar! 🍸
  9. GREAT review and pictures Kathy! Patti and I really enjoyed it. We'll be back on the Magic for a B2B from NYC next September. πŸ˜€
  10. Welcome to the Big Apple Greg! Patti and I are sorry that we can't get together with you this time since we'll be heading to Baltimore for our Legend B2B, but we will definitely be following along! You are definitely going to have a GREAT time in New York and Bermuda. We'll have the island all ready for you as you arrive the day after we leave! 😁
  11. Okay, I'll bite. We have noticed the difference. On many of our cruises it took 5 minutes or more to locate our cards. One time in New York, after checking in at the VIP Lounge, and after standing at the desk waiting for 5 minutes, the lady came back to us and told us that she couldn't find our cards, and to please sit back down while they continued to search for them. 15 minutes later we got our cards. Priority boarding had started while we were waiting. Not the end of the world, but irritating. So yes, we like the new system much better!
  12. How about we meet at the Alchemy Bar instead! 🍸
  13. Everyone was going to their cabins before FTTF. It officially became a D/P perk when FTTP was introduced.
  14. It appears to be only the last two sailings in August for both ships which are doing Eastern Caribbean and Bermuda sailings. Cruises heading north are not affected.
  15. My guess, and I'm no expert, is that the satellite that they lock onto when cruising the mid atlantic will be offline for whatever reason. I wouldn't be surprised if satellite TV is also affected, meaning disruption in cabins and sports bar. Those who have cruised to Hawaii and done a trans Pacific cruise would understand. There are "dead" spots out there!
  16. Maybe they will receive limited, sparodic coverage, that may vary day to day depending on the ship's location. That's why they aren't offering packages, but will allow day by day access depending on service. To the OP, you log in directly from your device, there is no Internet desk.😎
  17. We got the same email regarding our Legend cruise. Both the Legend and the Magic are doing similar itineraries during the same two weeks from the northeast, so maybe it is a satellite coverage issue.😎
