No, on Royal, the drinks perk is that Diamond get 4, Diamond Plus 5, Pinnacle 6

That upgrade is available to all Captain’s Club members.  It is not a Zenity perk

I wouldn’t want to wear the extremely casual clothes I have at work on the dress-up nights unless eating in the buffet.

They should have the same 12 mile rule as everyone. They close the Casino within that distance to shore

Since the restart the process for arriving at the terminal and then boarding the ship has changed. When you do your online check-in, you choose a time to arrive.  You won’t see different queues in the terminal for Aqua, Concierge, Elite any more

Be sure to screen shot and or print out whatever amenities and features are being advertized at the moment you book so that days or weeks later when you cruise if you don’t receive what you expect you will have some proof of what was on offer

Two or three times, the subject has come up in threads which I can no longer find, but I remember people asking if their special meals, or their baby food, could be heated in a microwave and the consensus was that there are no microwave ovens on board the ship in any location.  Perhaps it is issue with the power required to operate a microwave oven.

Steamed milk, however, is easily available café Al Bacio.

blu is open seating so no reservations or set dining times
 

The answers to your second questions will vary depending on which ship you are on.  Which have you booked?

Luminae allows you to pay for guest access, so its easy yo get confused, but Blu does not

There are at least two different locations the ship Might be docked in.  Maybe even three.  No way to know which one you’ll get.

You can ignore the time you chose. When you arrive at the terminal there will be two entrances, one for retreat passengers and one for general passengers so just show your boarding pass and they will lead you to the right line.  It’s hard to predict what time they will open the doors for you but I wouldn’t come any earlier than 1030 or you will Likely be standing outside waiting for them to admit you. After that, you go through security and then you’ll be waiting in the lounge until you are allowed to board the ship.
