Has anyone got any info out of Virgin Voyages about their "contracted circle" aka group reservations? When I contacted them, they said they were still in the planning stages of the program. Seriously?

I don't know about a candle under the fondue, but the flickering candles on the table are definitely not real. They are battery powered. 

Try Blue Lagoon. Book it through NCL. I love that place.  It's not a day pass to a hotel, but much better. 

I bought NCL OBC with my Amex card last year. It worked just fine to get the reward. All they need to have is a $500 purchase from NCL.  That said, which amex card do you have? I usually have a similar NCL offer around this time each year, but I am not seeing it so far. Do you also have another offer listed as world's leading cruise lines... spend $500 with Carnival, Princess and a couple other cruise lines and get $100 back? 

Hmm, might have to look into that option for our Encore 2020 cruise.

It’s different alright!

Don’t pay the outrageous price of the NCL excursion. Take the FREE ferry offered by NCL to St. George’s. Then it’s a $3 per person taxi ride (car, Van is more, go figure!). I loved the water at Tobacco Bay. The beach is so so. Expect to be very close to your lounger neighbors. Bathroom was dirty... really sandy. 

Both will have to get the alcoholic drink package unless the second one is a child.

Yes you can get a free cruise for 2. I did it last spring break. We got an inside cabin and it included 1 perk (drink package!). I have never used my points for OBC. Better value in upgrading cabin or cashing in on a free cruise.

Yep! I'm not a huge italian fan. The steak with gorgonzola was one of the best meals I have ever had in my life, but that's gone and no lamb chops. I can make or buy pizza here at home, not going to take that as my freebie with latitudes program. Moderno it is.  

Well, I'm going to change my La Cucina dinner reservation to Moderno. I'm really not impressed with the new menu. Nothing really wows me. I liked the old menu better.

I carry our straws in a travel toothbrush container in my purse.   Would hate to forget them!  I keep a drawer of 'must take' items in my dresser so I'm ready to pack for the next cruise.  

Good idea since it looks like I have to bring my own straws on my next cruise. BYOS! 

Can I be a senior vice president of NCL when even I know the shore excursion perk is only per cabin not person?

You need to play 5 games to maximize the loyalty points needed for the cruise and other freebies. MyKonami, Myvegas, popslots, myvegas blackjack and myvegas on facebook. 

I had hubby read the terms and conditions last night. He said the same thing I did. One part says you can get one every 30 days, another part says just one during the life of the promotion, but it never says what the life of the promotion is. 

Can anyone clarify the rules regarding the free NCL cruises? One part reads as if I can get 1 free(ish) cruise within a 30 day period. Another part reads as if you are only allowed one free cruise ever. The whole thing is poorly written. I sent a message to myvegas with no response.

Make sure you are playing all 5 games that are connected to maximize getting gold coins. Collect your bonus every couple of hours on each game. Some people set their alarms to go off. I don't go that far.  Play all the games within the games to get extra chips to keep playing.  It took me 14 months to get just under 2.2 million. I got the last 700k gold coins just recently on the my konami game just by winning several billion in chips.  I play it now each day until I'm locked out of earning more gold coins. 

You can upgrade to a cabin where you give them more $$ or swap to a different cabin at the same value of what you paid, but you aren't going to get money back this late in the game. 

Put in my shareholder request Friday for my upcoming cruise. I noticed people from this thread had put in for their OBC after me and already had it applied to their account. =(   So, I put in for it again last night. I got my $100 OBC at noon today - solo with a free cruise through CAS.

I usually get to the terminal around 10:30 am and I'm usually one of the first ones on. The moment I'm on that ship, my vacation has started. Why wait until later is what I ask?

I had people playing loud music below me on the Breakaway. It took several calls to the front desk to get it turned off.  I found out rather than having security handle the issue, they let the room steward handle it. 🤦‍♀️
