If I change my cruise my obc will follow I know for certain cause I have done this.
A follow up to this part - can you change rate codes for the same cruise in the future and keep your obc? For example, if in August I book while on the ship for August 2015 with just a past guest rate (refundable) and then as prices come down change to a different rate code on that same August 2015 cruise, would I still keep the original obc?

Related question - when we were on Ecstasy last summer, the soft serve machines were beyond slow to dispense. By the time you filled a bowl, you had literally earned it waiting. Is this true on all ships or did we just have crappy machines on Ecstasy?

Absolutely take your 4 year old. But as some others have said, don't automatically assume that he'll want to go to or even enjoy camp carnival. My kids were 8 and 5 last year for their first cruise and they had no interest in camp carnival. Part of it might have been because they go to camp at home and since this was vacation they didn't want to go to camp on vacation too. But the reality is camp carnival is really just like day care. That's great for some kids, and not great for others. Mine wanted to do the excursions, go to the beach , see the comedy shows, etc. All kids are different. But definitely take your grandson. He'll have a blast regardless of what he does. My kids still talk about the cruise from last summer and can't wait to go on their second cruise in a few weeks.

We booked at Nachi for our August trip mostly because of the great reviews here. One silly question - How's the water there? As in, there's no problem drinking water or having ice in drinks, right?

Please explain what is FTTF and how it works to a new Carnival cruiser. Hate to sound stupid. THANK YOU
For 50 bucks, Carnival will treat you like you're one of their best customers. Get it if it's still available for your cruise.

I'm confused - what line are you referring to? Granted, I've never flown out of Tampa, but every other airport I've flown out of, you drop your bags curbside, give the guy a few bucks a bag, and they quickly take care of it. Are you saying, the wait to do that in Tampa was an hour?
