Inspiration - category 1A cabins?

Bunk beds on Fantasy-class ships. Usually a bit smaller than 4a cabins [about 15 sq. feet]. But, without a 2nd bed on the floor, they appear larger. Much more than adequate storage/space for two.

1. Thank you so much for the info. on these cabins. If I was to book two 1A guaranteed type cabins, could we be assured that whatever two cabins ( 1A or higher category) we were assigned would be closeby each other ( 1 adult and one child in each cabin) ?

2. If we choose assigned 1A cabins on the Inspiration, can anyone give me a reccommendation as to what two cabins to select?

Thank you again

Oh, I don't mind at all :)

You are close to elevators, yet not close enough to hear the 'ding'. Very few people go through that interior hallway (basically only those occupying those five 1A cabins) so it's rather quiet. Very close to the stairway, and you can go from your cabin to the Carnivale Dining Room in less than one minute. Up two quick flights of stairs and you're immediately at your muster station. Despite being below the aft dining room, I heard no noise whatsoever from it (and it isn't used for breakfast). You can go to the atrium, including the purser info desk, without use of stairs or elevators. On debarkation day, you are already on the deck you exit from.

All guarantee cabins are just that. You take a chance. If you link the cabins, Carnival will try to book you close to eachother IF they can. Its a gamble. Good luck with whatever you choose.
