NCL Jewel Concierge?

It sounds like Florentina left for vacation following the cruise that ended 8/29. Does anyone know who is taking her place? We board the 19th of September (happy dance countdown in full swing).

I was really hoping to meet Florentina, read many good reviews, but since she went on vacay, wondering who may take her position.

I am sailing on the Jewel Sept 29 and I would love to know who is the Concierge. OntheWayside and JVSNana are on your Roll call and and they were sailing the 29th before they changed to your Sailing!

Really? No wonder her last couple of cruises weren't up to par, she might have just been going through the motions.

The concierge for the 8/29 sailing was Hanno.

We are on the same sailing you are and were wondering the same thing. The last few reviews I have read about her were not to good so I was starting to wonder if our first experience in a suite was going to be horrible. Guess we will just have to wait and see

his vacation was over

he was on Jewel for 4 weeks as concierge in April 2015 and before and after he was the concierge on Norwegian Star

normally he will stay 4 month on the Jewel

Thank you for the information. We have never had Hanno for a concierge. We will get to meet hime in 13 days. Yippee!
