Seattle Post Cruise - Storing luggage while sight seeing

We are flying out of SeaTac the day after the cruise. We are staying in a hotel near the airport, and really didn't want to travel from the port to the hotel, and then turn around and go back to downtown Seattle. Does anyone know of options for storing our luggage for the day while we sight see in Downtown Seattle?

You can store your bags at the pier for a nominal fee per bag and pick them up by 330pm. This would allow you to do sightseeing.

We needed to do the same thing after our cruise last fall. The luggage storage at the pier closed much too soon so we were advised to store our luggage at the Edgewater Hotel just down the street from the pier. There was a nominal fee and we could return for them at anytime! Great friendly service.

Thanks for the info. We are staying at the Thompson Hotel before the cruise. I may see if they will hold our luggage when we return, and they are only a few blocks from Pike Place Market.

We're doing something similar. Staying at the Marriott Waterfront hotel precruise and then another Marriott close to SeaTac postcruise. The Waterfront hotel agreed to hold our luggage for us postcruise, so we don't have to travel south to the other hotel and back while touring downtown

Depending on time of day going back to downtown from airport area would take about 40 minutes (trains every 6-10 minutes) and $3 or so via Link light rail. Trade off is time available for touristing downtown versus storage fee.
