palmtre2 Posted December 31, 2004 #1 Share Posted December 31, 2004 Where should I be to see the best sights up on deck or can I stay on my port side balcony????
Mask Posted December 31, 2004 #2 Share Posted December 31, 2004 I recommend being on deck; the atmosphere is better. It's also a great way to start making new friends.
Rare finoky Posted December 31, 2004 #3 Share Posted December 31, 2004 I agree. Up on deck is much better. That way you can see both sides of the channel.
jordanaire Posted December 31, 2004 #4 Share Posted December 31, 2004 You will see alot more being on the port (left) side of the ship when setting sail. You will see the million-dollar homes of the rich and famous, like Will Smith and Gloria Estafan, on the port side. The other side has the Miami docks and cranes. The sailing up the channel is really neat, especially when you sail past the hotels and beach area. Have a great cruise! Bill

Cruising89143 Posted December 31, 2004 #6 Share Posted December 31, 2004 Here is a view from the Triumph back in March of sailing out of Miami. IMHO there is not another port in Florida that has this good of a view.
