I guess it can be done with trains and buses, but you will lose an awful lot of time waiting for your transportation. You might want to consider just renting a car for the day in Monte Carlo which would probably cost you about $100 - $130. With a car you can easily reach all those places.

Or hire a private driver for the day.If you want the trains/busses and the how to's re these places chack out this board and the MED board as there is all kinds of info there as well as the bus routes.Soem cannot be gotten to by train..bus only.
