I saw that there are different categories of them. They're like D1-3 and E1-2. Can comeone explain to me the differences between them? Thank you! cb at sea Posted September 3, 2009 #2 Share Posted September 3, 2009 All D's are the same size and are larger than E's (which are all the same size!!!)--the 1, 2, etc...designates either location on the ship, or number of extra berths in the room. If you look at the deck plans, you'll see symbols that tell whether the cabin is connecting, has sofa beds or pullman beds (in addition to the regular beds!)...
