Reservation Trouble

We're going on a Western Caribbean cruise in May, and I went online to downgrade our junior suite to a balcony but after I selected it it said "Prices are not available at this time for this reservation. Please select another stateroom." It says that no matter what I pick. Any ideas wise cruise critic experts? :-) Thanks!

 

PS If anyone knows how to speed up May, I'd love help with that as well.

That usually means RCL is tinkering with the website...happens a lot on the weekends..."maybe" they are doing price drops...:D

I like the sound of price drops. I probably will call, but then I can't get away with booking cruises during work. :-)

Happened to me late last night when I was trying to access my reservation. The website seems fine now. Hopefully you can make your change OK. :)

The balcony you are trying to book probably isn't available. Keep in mind that the website will never show complete "last cabin" availability; not on their website or anywhere else. That information is considered private business practice.

 

Call them to see what's available.....

May 30th, if memory serves me right.

 

I'll call this weekend, I guess. It doesn't work for any cabin though so I don't think the problem is just that the cabins I picked are sold. If the ship is sold out already then the economy must have picked up faster than I thought. lol.
