Carnival Early Saver fares

Hello I read on this board Sunseeker09 says with Early Saver fares you get all price drops up until 2 days before sailing, if before final payment it will be price reductions after final payment it will be as OBC . I have read the Carnival brochure and can not find this . Any info will be helpful . Thanking Everyone in advance.

You get all of the price drops as long as it is the same category you booked and it is a Carnival advertised fare that you are eligible for. You or yout TA have to submit a form requesting it. There are LOTS of threads about this on the Carnival board. EM
