Washing machines?

Does anyone know if the Legend has washing machines? I don't see them on the deck plans in brochures. Thank You

I just checked the deck plans a few minutes ago, and didn't see them on Fascination either. The Carnival web site says they are on all ships...

I had earlier inquired about Fascination and was reassured by other posters that all carnival ships do have them. For Fascination they gave me the decks, but I don't recall them off-hand. Based other threads, there seems to me a difference what they cost on one ship vs another. Worse case it is $3/load for washer and $3/load for dryer. Kind of steep as compared to Princess but not sure if Carnival has the small washer/dryers that Princess uses or more standard home type size.

Or....you can let Carnival do your laundry.

 

About midweek, they will leave a bag in the cabin. I believe it's $15 unless you're Platinum....then it's free.

Yes-we were in cabin 5242 and the laundry was in the aft hallway on our deck. I think it was couple bucks to wash and I had to run the dryer twice to get my load dried. Couple bucks for detergent-needed quarters for soap and they machines. Went to pursers desk to get roll of quarters.

Spirit, Pride, Legend and Miracle Deck 6 laundry is Port (left) side through a door at the forward end of the passageway (hallway) then make a right and he doorway is on the right and has 2 washers and 4 dryers. you can allso reach it from the Starboard (right) side through the forward door, turn left, cross pastthe stairwell, over the threshhold and the door will be on your left.

 

Everything takes quarters which you can get in rolls from the casino cage.

last year we were on the legend. our room was right across from the laundry room. we were looking for the iron to press a shirt, found a long line that night. go early!
