Are prepackaged foods/snacks available?

Your slightly snarky remark does not take into accounts those of us who have diabetes and usually carry a snack to combat a low that comes along sometimes without warning. Eating a late or a big breakfast does not work either as it can knock our glucose readings out of balance and cause unwanted highs and lows. Think of others before you make judgemental generalizations.

Doug R. you took the words right out of my mouth. I was wondering the same thing for my upcoming cruise, as I take diabetes medication. If I don't eat a little something late morning and early afternoon, my blood sugar spikes and I get lightheaded, dizzy, nauseous and in some cases can faint.

I would agree except in Mexico, I don't want to get you know what!

I am going on a 5 night Mexican Riviera cruise.

It has been over 25 years since I have been to Mexico.

First time / Mexico City with husband who had been to Mexico often, and can eat anything, and never gets sick.

We ate delicious street tacos, corn on cob with mayonaise, and fruit drink made with fresh fruit and water. I got sick.

I think it was the fruit drink.

2nd time / Mazatlan 3rd time / Manzanillo

Ate at resorts, and did not get sick

Guess I am high maintenance :)
