Id say 45 minutes plus, but I didnt take a shuttle, we drove and werent familiar with the area. 30 minutes, wow that car must have flown fast.

For sure you dont want to do a taxi that far.

Actually I rented a car from Tampa, so I was guesstimating how long it took once I got on the Beeline.

We rented a car from Avis one way. Arrived a day early, stayed in Cocoa Beach, dropped the car off and Avis shuttled us to the pier. About $50 for the car rental & very easy. It did take close to an hour from the airport. I would not arrive the day of your sailing.

We are taking a shuttle called Beach Bound Shuttle. Very reasonable. They do round-trip fares and it is less expensive than a car both ways. Port Canaveral to McCoy is expensive to rent a car. Not so bad Orlando to the port. Check out beachboundshuttle dot com.
