Carnival Spirit out of Seattle, next summer?

I know there are 2 different ports.

Anyone know which peir Carnival will sail out of>?

Are the two close? (I notice they have different zip codes>)

We too are sailing next summer out of Seattle. I believe Carnival is using pier 91, that is the north pier.

Yes, Pier 91 is the newer pier and is about 3 miles north of Pier 66. Pier 66 is closer to Pike Place Market.

Its hard to try to figure out where to stay, what to do since this is a newer area to cruising I guess. (not Seattle, but the pier)

i am surprised to see that the spirit will be leaving from pier 91. i thought it would be 66 :confused:. that changes plans also for where too stay and cost of getting too the dock for me also.

Nope, all Carnival Corporation lines depart from Terminal 91, as does RCI.

if your flying in and transportation cost is an issue..then find a room near the airport..then in the morning just take a cab to Pier 91 instead of

having to get transportation twice..

 

but, if you want to see seattle..then you ll probably want to find a

hotel in the downtown area..you can see Pier 91 from 66..but, its certainly not walking distance..

thanks guys, i found the dock on a map of seattle. and i have read that there is nothing there to do but get on the ship. so we will stay downtown and then grab a taxi to the ship. cant wait to get too seattle again. :)
