as we have never cruised before and never been to barbados is there a must do trip without to much walking or do you think barbados would be the best place just to lounge on the beach.

Since you've never been here before

your best bet,honestly.. might be to do an island tour in one of the air-conditioned coaches.

This is the best way to get an overall general feel for what the island is like.

-and you might still have a few hrs. left over, for somewhere close by

like Malibu Beach or Carlisle Bay.

 

That way, on your next cruise thru here

you'll have a better idea of what you'd like to do with your day ashore.
