Must Do's on the Explorer

I have five days on the Explorer coming up, :D whooaa! What are the must do's on the ship? I've already heard the ice show is great. Any tips, tricks, or hidden treats you know of?

We were on the Explorer in December 06; loved it; had JS aft cabin on Deck 6. If memory serves me correctly one of the things we enjoyed doing was finding our way to the helicopter pad at the front of the ship.
