Any suggestion for Tulum private guide?

We will be a small group looking for private guide for Tulum, any suggestion? We can get to Playa del Carmen on our own by ferry and join the guide there. We will be on the Crown Princess arriving to Cozumel around 7 AM.

No recommendations for guide, sorry, but just had to add 0.02 worth. Tulum beach is fabulous. Once you walk down the steps to the beach, it is even better than what it looks from above. Would love, love to go back someday......
