High C's Posted October 5, 2009 #14 Share Posted October 5, 2009 We, too, just got off the Sapphire on Saturday. We were fortunate enough to spend 14 nights on board and thoroughly enjoyed it. We found the crew on board to be wonderful. We have always been treated well on Princess, but this crew just seemed to give "that little bit extra". To answer some of the questions posted here: - no smoking in Wheelhouse Bar on the Sapphire - formal nights were Sunday (first sea day) then Thursday (Cabo San Lucas) on the MR itinerary - didn't see many tuxedos - some, but not many - yes there were spa specials on port days - I am not 100% sure, but I don't believe there was a seafood buffet I hope you all enjoy this ship as much as we did. As for the Mexican ports, however, they were just too hot and humid for us!!!

Balcony93 Posted October 6, 2009 #17 Share Posted October 6, 2009 Welcome back. Can you please describe the refrigerators in the cabins. Do they have any freezer space?
High C's Posted October 6, 2009 #18 Share Posted October 6, 2009 Welcome back. Can you please describe the refrigerators in the cabins. Do they have any freezer space? The fridges are very small. They keep your items "cool" - not cold. There is no freezer space.

I'd rather have hot and humid than rainy and hurricane like weather! Looking forward to your review! I'm interested in hearing what shows are playing. Aqua's Mom Posted October 7, 2009 #23 Share Posted October 7, 2009 Did you, perhaps, bring home your daily Patters? Any chance you can scan and post them? Please, please, please..... :D For me, anticipation is almost as good as the cruise itself (OK, not at all as good but still fun ).
