I'll be sailing on the 24th. Is there a Seafood Buffet?

We, too, just got off the Sapphire on Saturday. We were fortunate enough to spend 14 nights on board and thoroughly enjoyed it. We found the crew on board to be wonderful. We have always been treated well on Princess, but this crew just seemed to give "that little bit extra".

To answer some of the questions posted here:

- no smoking in Wheelhouse Bar on the Sapphire

- formal nights were Sunday (first sea day) then Thursday (Cabo San Lucas) on the MR itinerary

- didn't see many tuxedos - some, but not many

- yes there were spa specials on port days

- I am not 100% sure, but I don't believe there was a seafood buffet

I hope you all enjoy this ship as much as we did. As for the Mexican ports, however, they were just too hot and humid for us!!!

Welcome back.

Can you please describe the refrigerators in the cabins.

Do they have any freezer space?

The fridges are very small. They keep your items "cool" - not cold. There is no freezer space.

We, too, will be sailing on the 24th, honeymoon cruise! This will be my 7th and her 1st. I'm really hoping for decent weather. I'd rather have hot and humid than rainy and hurricane like weather!

Looking forward to your review! I'm interested in hearing what shows are playing.
