Is the MDR open for breakfast and lunch on both sea and port days? Sailing on the Valor 10/25/09.

Yes. The only day it isn't open is Embarkation day.

 

BTW, only one DR is open and seating is open.

Im surprised. Conquest the MDR isnt open on port days for lunch. Open for breakfast and dinner only for all 3 port days.

That is my understanding - no lunch in the MDR is offered while in port. Fact is, most people are off doing tours in port. The people who do eat lunch on the ship go to the buffet. I don't hear anyone complaining about it, so I don't think it is likely to change.

I stand corrected. Checked some old Capers and you're right.

 

But then again, I've never been aboard looking for lunch in port anyway. ;)
