Here's what Celebrity's got on sale Oct 14-16. This is an industry-sponsored event, so I don't know if the OBC will be available directly from Celebrity, though I'd be surprised if it's not. Deposit a cruise between 20091014 and 20091016, and get OBC. I didn't see anything about new bookings only, but only a real TA can answer such questions. CLIA - Cruise Line Industry Association. I think it's an allied thing (as opposed to agents only), so they may offer the OBC if you book directly, but I don't know for certain.

Heh. Sorry about that. It shows how much attention I paid! We have two scheduled, one in December before this sale's window, and the other on Cunard, so I didn't spend too much time looking this over.
