Prams in Dinning rooms?

We are about two months away for our cruise on MSC Poesia and will be travelling with our then 5 month old DS and 4 y.o DD and just wanted to ask if people usually take prams/strollers into the dinning rooms for the young children to sleep in? Don't really want to go through dinner holding a baby, of course I am sure that I will need to on some occasions if he is not willing to sleep :D

In our experience there has never been room to wheel our stroller up to the table. It had to be stored well out of the way so that the waiters wouldn't trip on it. My husband has "fond" memories of holding our daughter through dinner, eating with his other hand after I cut his food up for him. But it was better than staying home!
