Can anyone log onto Princess site?

Hi all -

 

I am trying to log onto the Princess site to check something on our cruise reservation, and I keep getting an error on my signin id and/or password. I can't even get my password sent to me.

 

Could some of you check to see if you can log onto Princess?

About noon I tried to check a reservation and couldn't get in. Have not tried since.

Thanks, everyone! I think it's a Princess issue with the underscores in my email address. Every once in a while, Princess (for some unknown reason) changes the underscores in my email address to left brackets { - very odd. :eek: I should have thought of that, as it has happened before, but hasn't happened for a very long time.

I had some problems in the recent past getting onto their home page. Other pages will load normally...and then I go to where I want to be. I thought it was me and was going to talk to my therapist about it. I am somewhat relieved that you had some problems, too.

I could get the regular princess page but when I tried to access travel agents it wouldn't load and I don't have any underscores in my name but I had to end up calling Princess to ask about my reservation.

As of right now, I can log on, but nothing happens when I try to access the cruise personalizer.

Thanks again, everyone! As of now, I am again able to log on and look at my reservation (even with the underscores in my email address). I appreciate everyone's willingness to log on and provide me with feedback! :)

I logged on about 45 min ago with no problems. Printed out our boarding passes!
