Its unusual but if the net bottom line price is $100 less than you paid, they have been giving it as a price reduction. Remember you dont use the ES price, you use the cash back price. (which in the cases I looked at was way higher than ES price).

I tried.

For one cabin, the rate was 100pp cheaper for the 3rd and 4th passengers but the same for passengers 1 and 2.

For the second cabin the rate was the same but asked if the OBC applied

Only submitted the ES form yesterday, so no news yet
