Most of the games I can think of, you either get ship on a stick, if its a bigger game or a medal. The bottles of champagne are for money games, like bingo or if they bring you on stage for something.

Playing the games is basically for your self esteem. You get "ship on a stick" or fake gold medallion. If you are playing for wonderful prizes - don't go cruising. If you do get picked for one of the main lounge games, like Newly Wed Game, you get a bottle of champaigne. That's the best prize they give out. Oh yes - on the first night, they have a drawing in the Spa and if you are lucky you can win a spa treatment.

The ship stores have drawings all the time, but you have to be present to win and you are usually somewhere else when the drawing takes place.
