Bigger Bathrooms?

On the victory do the 9C's have bigger bathrooms or at least the same size as the suite?

 

Also do the 9C's offer VIP embarkation?

The 9's (A B C...) have the same size bathroom as a regular cabin. They are not considered suites and do not have VIP embarkation (unless you are Platinum)

 

Oh, but that balcony is pretty darn fine!

The 9C (which used to be 9A's until a couple of weeks ago) are just the next up balcony cabin from the 8s, not a suite.
