Formal Nights on NCL (Jewel)?

I haven't cruised with NCL for 2 years now. I was told that they don't have formal nights anymore. The only thing I could find at the place I booked is "optional formal nights". I've never been one for dressing up, but I have done my best to at least put on clean ;) socks for those nights. If it's true that there are no more formal nights, my hubby will be very happy not to pack his suit! So will I - no pressing to do on wrinkled clothing!

There are no formal nights. There is a "Dress Up or Not" night and some (a minority of) passengers get dressed up that night. Very few real formal outfits though even on Dress Up or Not Night.

Tell your husband he doesn't need his suit. I never take one on an NCL cruise.
