Weather in the next couple weeks?

I'll be heading to barbados via the eastern caribbean RCCL AOS in about a week. What does the weather look like? Looking at weather.com it looks like a lot of rain- 60% chance each day- but does it just rain for a bit and then the sun breaks out? Or is Ida causing a washout? Thanks for any encouragement.. I'll be so bummed if I come home as pasty white as I left!

Are you kidding?

Bring lots of sunblock...SPF 30 at least.

Our sun is fierce, be warned! ;)

It's been a dry Wet Season, mainly because of the El Nino effect.

You'll get lots of sun .

Don't forget your sunglasses and some kinda hat, too!

At the most you'll get a mere sprinkle lasting 3 or 4 minutes

Stop worrying! :D

haha... I thought you were going to tell him that Ida has been out of the area for what?... more than a week. She passed by friends in the Mayan last weekend and brought them nearly a week of crappy weather.... but....
