Cities sightseeing on Splendor

Hi All,

 

I am cruising on Splendor and would like to see the cities by myself, do not like option tours.

 

*How far Puerto Vallarta Down town from the ship? Can I walk there?

 

*How far Mazatlan down town from the ship? Can I walk there?

 

*On Dec 13 trip, will Splendor be decorated with X-mas theme?

 

*What is the earliest time we board the Splendor? Do not like to be late, because Mama needs a wheelchair.

I cant help you much, except to say, yes the ship will be decorated for christmas by dec 13th!!!
