Solstice is large enough that even in rough seas you will feel very little movement. An alternate to meds which I have used is "sea bands". You can buy them at CVS. You wear them like bracelets and there is a small plastic ball that sits in just the right place on your wrist and uses acupressure to keep you from feeling sick.
