Is instant coffee not real:eek:

Thats what i thought Derek. I drink Kenco Rich Roast, its freeze-dried soluble coffee, and tastes very good. Out and about I drink in coffee houses. Theres not much point me making coffee from beans at home, because I'm the only one drinking it, too much faff for one.

That is exactly why instant is not real.

Coffee (save for espresso, which is a slightly different animal) is a suspension, not a solution.

Interesting...didn't realise that, but I suppose when you make espresso you use one of those container things with the handle in a machine, leaving the coffee "grounds" behind. I suppose also you get more of these grounds using a cafetiere?
