New to Celebrity - Equinox question

We're going to be on the Equinox for the February 15th 11 night Caribbean cruise next year. Since this is such new ship, it hasn't started this itinerary yet. From the Celebrity website, it looks like the first sailing of this itinerary isn't until January.

I want to make some dinner reservations for the cruise but I don't want to make them for the formal nights. How do I find out for sure when the formal nights will be? I know they're usually on the sea days but this itinerary has four of them. Is calling Celebrity the only reliable way to know for sure?

Someone can correct me if I am wrong, but the first formal night is almost always the first sea day and the second one is determined by the ship management so it varies.

it is the first sea day and iam guessing the last sea day after you leave Coz but only guessing io nthe second sea day. someone in Dec will be taking a cruise and should know

I think the Equinox Cruise that is in progress is doing this itinerary.

 

In the meantime we have a Roll Call for this cruise over at http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=786833 . It is a very quiet group so far but I am hoping it will liven up soon.
