What do you think about Spa deck?

I'm planning a cruise on the Carnival Liberty. I am trying to decide between an ocean view room on Spa deck or Main deck. The difference is price is about $100. I have never sailed on spa deck so I dont know if it's worth the extra $100 or not.

I dont think it would be worth it to me. I have upgraded when they more or less said take the upgrade or nothing. I upgraded to Lido deck for a upcoming but they wouldnt let me have a IS guarantee for $60 less and would only save $20 by giving up my port hole ... so I took the upgrade. For the choice between $20 or a higher deck, we take the higher deck.

 

The main thing about the higher decks, closer to the action, less elevator time. You can run up or down the steps to get that morning coffee on lido deck. Fewer cabins, less hustle and bustle on those decks. You arent part of the herd as much. Its fun being closer to the buffet and the main pool, but not $100 worth of fun, but was worth $20 to me yesterday.
