Southern Caribbean on CB...What do do at ports

We will be leaving on the CB for the Southern Caribbean out of San Juan PR. We won't have much time in San Juan so I'm not interested in there. However I have never been to any of the ports we are traveling to and would love some help with some fun things to do on the following ports.

 

Aruba

Bonaire

Grenada

Dominica

St. Thomas

 

We are not big history buffs so I want to try to do things other than a historical tour (unless that's all that's worth doing). We are looking for things like Zipline, Tubing, some shopping. I'm up for ideas. I would appreciate any help.

 

I don't want to book tours on the cruise ship since they seem to always be much more costly since Princess needs to get their cut of $$.

 

If you had a great experience with a particular company please let me know about them too!! I always like to work with companies who I get referred to.
