Cabanas on Coco Cay

I know it's on here somewhere, and I've probably even started a thread on it, but where exactly are the cabanas on Coco Cay? I will be there in a little over a week and am looking forward to shade this time.

I honestly don't remember ever seeing Cabana's on Coco Cay... we usually just head for a chair beneath a palm tree if we want a little shade..

We had plenty of shade from the trees...go past the 1st beach area and past the BBQ area....there are plenty of shady spots!

As you get off the tender go to the left towards the building that houses the spa, just follow the signage. Behind it are a few cabanas, not many, so get there early if you want it all day.

I don't remember seeing cabanas on coco cay either. Although I do remember seeing those "clamshell" things over lounge chairs on the right side of the beach. Big complaint with those is that it is extremely hot under those.

Follow the directions the sdouglas gave above. We were there on 11/26 and here are some pics so you can see the area around the cabanas.

The cabanas are lovely, nice view of the ship...however, there is no beach in front of them so you can't go for a swim. They are located on a cement breakfront. My only complaint w/CoCo Cay was lack of shade on the beach, a few Palapas (sp?) would have been great! We found plenty of hammocks and lounge chairs under palm trees though.

Looks like it's just a little walk to the water if I want to go in. I plan to bring my own little dollar store mat, and I don't mind a little walk.

Wow, was Coco Cay really as uncrowded as your photos show?

It was my third time there and I thought there were a lot of people there. What is it like when it is crowded?
