aynsley Posted December 6, 2009 #1 Share Posted December 6, 2009 Hello, My family is going to be on the Ruby Dec 20th in 2 separate cabins. Does anyone know if it is possible at the check-in counter at the cruise terminal to ask for an extra cabin card key so that we can let a family member into our cabin to use the balcony while we are off on shore excursions? Thank you.:)
can786 Posted December 6, 2009 #2 Share Posted December 6, 2009 You won't be able to get it at the check in counter but once onboard just go to the Purser's office and they will make you a spare key.
aynsley Posted December 6, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted December 6, 2009 Thank you very much for your reply. My 91 year old father-in-law won't go ashore as much as we will, so we want him to be able to enjoy our balcony. Happy Holidays to you.
