Royal website question

I decided last night to look up on royalcaribbean.com the cruise i have been watching from a 3rd party site. Cruise sets sail in April 2010. Now, I am not signed in on the royal website, but a very large portion of the room categories state:

Not available online. Please call for availability

Does this really mean there are so few choices still available? Or is this common? Do I need to get my booty in gear if I want this cruise?

Thanks!

It generally means that it is either sold out or you need a certain amount of people to book that cabin such as the RFS.
